Posting a Book Review on Amazon
By
providing a book review with a star rating, you help
like-minded readers discover a good read, and provide valuable feedback
that may increase an author’s book sales and let them know you
appreciate their work. Over 85% of all Amazon Kindle readers rely
heavily on book reviews before making an online book purchase.
More
reviews get authors exposure to other book review sites, blogging
communities, and book clubs. Before you can post a review on an author's
book, you need to have an Amazon account that has successfully been
charged for the purchase of a physical or digital item. Free digital
downloads don't qualify. You don't need to have purchased the book on Amazon that you're reviewing.
There's a 48-hour waiting period after your first physical order has
been shipped or your digital item has been purchased before you'll be
able to submit your review.
How to Submit a Book Review on Amazon:
1) Go to the product detail page for the book listed on Amazon.ca or Amazon.com
2) Click "Write a Customer Review" in the customer review section
3) Click "Submit".
